TIBO 2013 in Belarus
On 23-26 April, 2013 -The 20th International Specialized Exibition and Congress onTelecommunications, Information and Banking Technologies TIBO 2013 and besides,the second Belarusian-Azerbaijani ICT Forum were held in Minsk, Belarus.
Azerbaijan delegationrepresented by Minister of Communication and Information Technologies AliAbbasov on the 20th International Specialized Exibition and Congress onTelecommunications, Information and Banking Technologies TIBO 2013 and in thesecond Belarusian-Azerbaijani ICT Forum which took place in Minsk, Belarus. Thedelegation were accompanied with about 60 representatives from public, privateand non-governmental organization.
Opening speechdelivered by the Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Anatoly Kalinin, Minister ofCommunications and Informatization Nikolai Pantelei, Minister of Communicationsand Information Technologies of Azerbaijan Ali Abbasov and other officialsdelivered speeches at the event.
The main aim of TIBO 2013, organized by the Ministry ofCommunications and Information of the Republic of Belarus, is to encourage the effective use of information andcommunication technologies for the socio-economic development of this country.
The Forum wasattended by 60 representatives frompublic, private and non-governmental organization from Azerbaijan, includingReyhan Huseynova, President of Azerbaijan Futures Studies Society - AzerbaijanNode of The Millennium Project.
Presentation at the forum given by ReyhanHuseynova was about “Some interaction aspects of Foresight and Information Technologies”. Reyhan Huseynovahad speech about the society activity , also its progress and perspectives werementioned at that seminar.
