Lydia Garrido Luzardo

Lydia Garrido Luzardo is a social anthropologist, specialized in Social Change and Development, researcher in technologies, innovation and social inclusion, at the Latinamerican University for Social Sciences, Uruguay. She is a member of the Latin-American Nanotechnology and Society Network/ RELANS, of the Sectorial Council of Nanotechnology and Biotechnology, Uruguay, the Development Studies Network/RED, and Chair of The Millennium Project Uruguayan Prospective Node. She has postgraduate studies in prospective; economic history; social anthropology; gestalt therapy and international business.
